What time is collection?

We will alert attendees of exact bus collection time and location at least 3 days before the event but generally it will be close to the school around 3pm for Debs.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, save paper, you only need to display it on your phone. It will be scanned before departure so take a screenshot or save it to your lock screen for easy access and faster boarding.

Can I bring a speaker on the bus?

Small portable speakers are allowed but must be left in the cloakroom at the event and nothing oversized allowed.

Will there be food available?

Yes a three course meal will be provided with both vegan and vegetarian options included.

Can I bring food or drink onto the bus?

No, food or drink is not permitted on any bus.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, every venue has a cloakroom that will look after your belongings for a nominal charge.

What time will I get home?

With current COVID restrictions the event must finish at 12am.

Will there be photos?

There will always be a photographer, photo booth or sometimes both. Photos will be posted to this page after the event.
