We will run through each role in more detail below as well as the characteristics required to excel.
All we need to know now is details of your elected Chairperson so fill out the form below and contact your customer service rep if you need any help.
The chairperson is the leader of the committee and their job is to keep calm control over the rest of the committee, ensure all other officers complete their assigned jobs and chair committee meetings (basically take charge and set agenda).

The awards ceremony is curated by them including choosing categories, nominations and helping us create the slideshow. They'll pick the Debs Song (last dance of the night), possibly present the awards, assemble the Official Debs Playlist.
The entertainment manager is also in charge of decor because, you know, a good event considers visual and auditory senses.

With a number of options available for drink reception, after dinner treat and midnight feast; everyone's taste will be catered for.

Basic understanding of flavours helps.
Experience with cocktails is a bonus.
Planning a Debs is a brand new experience and we want to make it a bit easier on next year's crew.
Nominate a current 5th year to your committee so that they can see what goes on and act as the group's apprentice. They'll happily help with any mundane tasks and gain valuable experience that will really help them out next year.
The legacy officer doesn't get to vote on any big decisions as voting is only open to the other 5 members of the committee.
Not only will you be helping out the next generation but you can also look at it an added insurance policy to ensure Debs Republic live up to their name.
We'll be working extra hard, not only to meet every promise we make you, but to excel at every opportunity possible. If we don't, the legacy officer may ensure your school never works with us again!
